Move Like 20: Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply exclusively to all purchases made from MoveLike20 (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Seller”) through our official website. By accessing our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Area of Application

1.1 These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between MoveLike20 and consumers or entrepreneurs for the sale and delivery of physical goods offered in our online shop.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

1.3 Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer are rejected unless expressly agreed to in writing by MoveLike20.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Product listings in our online shop are non‑binding and constitute an invitation to place an order.

2.2 By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a legally binding offer to purchase the goods in their cart.

2.3 The contract is formed when we accept the order by:

  • sending an order or shipping confirmation by email, or

  • dispatching the goods, or

  • requesting payment.

2.4 Order processing and communication are primarily conducted via email. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring our messages are not blocked by spam filters.

2.5 The contract language is English.

2.6 Once submitted, an order cannot be cancelled. Statutory withdrawal rights and our refund policy remain unaffected.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our refund policy.

3.2 If a product is advertised with a 30‑day money‑back guarantee, it may be returned within 30 days of order completion without stating a reason.

3.3 Returned items must be unused, complete, and in original condition. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund.

3.4 Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3.5 Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected at our returns facility.

3.6 Items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are excluded from withdrawal and warranty claims.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Customers may choose one of the following options when making a valid return:

  1. Store Credit: Full store credit for the value of the returned item, plus a goodwill shipping contribution where applicable.

  2. Exchange: Exchange for an item of equal value (subject to availability). Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  3. Refund: Refund to the original payment method after inspection. Original and return shipping costs are non‑refundable.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

5.1 All prices shown are final prices. Additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, or payment processing fees may apply depending on the destination and payment method.

5.2 Customers are responsible for all import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and currency conversion fees.

5.3 Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5.4 Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Incorrect address details may result in additional costs charged to the customer.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6.3 If delivery fails due to customer fault, reshipping and storage costs may apply.

6.4 Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of MoveLike20 until full payment has been received.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MoveLike20 liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

9. Warranty and Defects

9.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.

9.2 Defects caused by improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty claims.

10. Discount Codes

10.1 Discount codes are only valid within the specified period and under the stated conditions.

10.2 Only one discount code may be used per order.

10.3 Discount codes are non‑transferable, non‑redeemable for cash, and may be excluded from specific products.

11. MoveLike20 Premium Shipping Insurance

11.1 Optional MoveLike20 shipping insurance covers damage or loss during transit.

11.2 Claims must be submitted with photo or video evidence within 14 days of delivery.

11.3 Shipping insurance fees are non‑refundable.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, the use of our website, or the purchase of MoveLike20 products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where the customer is a consumer, this choice of law shall not deprive them of any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable UAE consumer protection regulations.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good‑faith negotiations between the parties.

13.2 If no amicable settlement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit any consumer rights granted under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
