How long does delivery take?

Our delivery time consists of two stages: processing and shipping.

1) Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Once your order is placed, it goes through the following steps:

  • Order confirmation

  • Customisation (if applicable)

  • Quality inspection

  • Secure packaging

Orders are usually reviewed and approved within 12–24 hours.

For personalised or specially processed products, manufacturing, quality checks, and packaging may take up to 1–2 business days before shipment.

 

2) Shipping Time:

After dispatch from our international fulfillment center, estimated delivery times are:

⏱️ 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and customs procedures.

Please note: Shipping times do not include possible customs clearance or duty delays, which are outside of our control.
